^{JADELLAS ACCESS STATEMENT}

^Introduction

^{We aim to meet the needs of all our guests, but due to the nature of our property, this can make access for guests with limited mobility difficult.}

^{Jadellas is situated on a gentle hill with bedrooms on different levels with steps on the entrance and between floors making them unsuitable for wheelchair users.}

^{Pre arrival}

^{Jadellas is located on the main road with easy access by car.}

• ^{Nearest bus stop to town centre 200 yards (approx).}
• ^{Nearest shop 200 yards (approx).}
• ^{Railway station 3/4 mile (approx).}
• ^{Plenty of taxis are available ourside the station.}

^Arrival

^{Please advise when making your booking, your approximate arrival time. Rooms are available from 2.00pm we ask that you vacate rooms no later than 10.30 on the day of your departure.}

^{Parking is 'on street'. Permits are available on request. Assistance with luggage is always available.}

^{Main Entrance/Reception}

^{There are 3 steps to the front door. Please ring the bell on arrival located outside on the left. We offer a speedy check in service.}

^{Public Access}

^{All rooms are central heated and double glazed. Laminated floors to hallway, dining room, bar and gound floor toilet. The dining room is accessed off the main hallway. Spacious large dining tables offer privacy from other guests. A well stocked bar is accessed off the main hallway. A good range of local draught beers together with wines and spirits are served.}

^Meals

^{All meals ae prepared fresh and piping hot. All meals are served in the dining room. We offer a flexible approach to serving times  suiting the needs of the guests. Serving from 6.00am until 9.30 am. We use mainly local but always fresh, organic produce , free range eggs and fair trade beverages. we are happy to cater for all special diets. Please inform us when booking if you have any such dietary requirements.}

^Bedrooms

^{Jadellas has 5 beautifully decorated, fully carpeted bedrooms all with central heating and en suite and include:}

•  ^{Bath and shower or shower only (dependant on room size).}
•  ^{Complimentary beverages and chocolates .}
• ^{TV with digi box.}
• ^{Hairdyer and clock.}

^{4 rooms are located on the first floor, 1 room is on the second floor.}

^{Additional information}

^{A full fire system is in operation, fire extinguishers are distributed around the guest house clearly marked. Fire exits are clearly marked. It is illegal to smoke anywhere in Jadellas. Please read the fire instruction sign on the back of the door to your room. If you have any hearing impairment, please advise us on arrival.}
